Is the jewelry nickel-free?

Will my jewelry loose color over time?
As with all gold-plated jewelry, the gold weakens over time when exposed to water, perfume, chemicals etc. Try to keep your precious jewelry away from that if possible.
My package says “Delivered” but I haven’t received it — what should I do?
If your order is marked as Delivered but hasn’t arrived:
Double-check your mailbox, front door, apartment lobby, or with neighbors.
Contact the carrier directly: They may have additional information about the delivery attempt or be able to initiate an investigation.
If it still hasn’t shown up, contact us. We’ll do our best to assist you in locating the package or opening a claim with the carrier.
Please note: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Orabella Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we’ll help however we can.
Is gift wrapping available?

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We take great care in packaging and inspecting each order before it ships. However, if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, we’re here to make it right. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Please email us at orabellajewelry.info@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or video of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue.
We’ll review your request and respond within 1–3 business days.
Depending on the issue, we will offer one of the following:
- A replacement of the same item (if available)
- A store credit for the amount paid for the item!
Please note: Items that show signs of wear, intentional damage, or are reported beyond the 3-day window may not be eligible for replacement.
We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives so we can resolve any issues quickly.
